摘要

The on-line CE-MS is currently under investigation, multiplexed labeling technique coupled with CE-MS/MS is highly desirable for improved peptidomic analysis in response to various stressors. A long-term monitoring experiment will be conducted to examine the effects of relevant physiological changes caused by stress using an individual isoform or entire family of neuropeptides and to link their biological significance with its possible regulatory role.
