EuroScore and Our Risk-Prediction Models for Surgical and All-Cause Mortality of Coronary Artery Bypass Grafting for Coronary Artery Left-Main Disease

By reviewing and analyzing our 444 patients with CABG for CAD-LMD over the past 14 years, we found EuroScore may over-estimate our risk of surgical mortality. By logistic regression and Cox regression, we identified the risk factors for surgical and all-cause mortality. With ROC curves, we also assessed EuroScore and our risk model for surgical mortality. Less favorable clinical outcome may associate with emergent operation, chronic renal insufficiency, or LV dysfunction.
