摘要

The streamline-balancing problem has always been an important part in designing apparel streamline. The sewing system of module and hanger streamline is well fitted to the women dress requirement of multi-type, small batch, short periods and high quality. According to its feature, a balancing optimizing algorithm is designed. In the algorithm a model of working procedure arrangement is set up. The working procedures are effectively divided and the final balance goal is to get minimal smoothness index. At last women dress is taken as the example to test the efficiency of the methods. The good result shows that the researching algorithm is effective to balance women dress module and hanger sewing streamline.
