The Advance of Pure Precious Metal Analysis in China

摘要

This work reviews the advance of pure precious metal analysis in China since the origin of platinum metal metallurgy industry until today, major including the product standards and analysis standards (National standards and industry standards). In addition, by comparison of the instrument techniques such as OES, AAS, NAAS, ICP-AES, ICP-MS and GD-MS, we proposed that those mass spectrometry especially GD-MS is the suitable method for trace and ultratrace analysis of high-purity precious metals.
