Cutaneous mast cell tumors derived from neoplastic mast cells presenting in the dermis and subcutaneous tissues. Histological grade related with prognostic using the Patnaik grading. Lymphatic route for metastatic dissemination is common due that, thesearch for infiltrated lymph nodes as distant metastasis investigation are needed to stage disease. First regional lymph node that receives the draining from tumor is called sentinel lymph node.
