Vaccination against Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae has become an important tool in controlling the clinical signs, improve growth performance and economic losses by enzootic pneumonia [1-2]. Therefore a correct vaccination scheme is important for the potency of the vaccine. In herds with an early infection a vaccination is indicated in the first week of live. The objective of this study was to assess the tissue tolerance of 3-day old suckling piglets after intramuscular injection of the mycoplasma vaccineStellamune~R One (Pfizer).
