The paper reports on our investigation of the interrelationships between ferroelectric phase composition (rhombohedral/morphotrop/tetragonal) and material performance for Pb(Zr_(1-x)Tix)O_3- Sr(K_(0.25)Nb_(0.75))O_3 (PZT-SKN) in the temperature range between -200°C to 200°C. Piezoelectric moduli d and g, permittivity, strain and polarization were measured as a function of composition, temperature, and uniaxial stress up to 280 MPa. The obtained data, derived correlations as well as material functions are very helpful for understanding the material properties in practical applications.
