This paper reports the results of an empirical study of work values and related outcomes among professional level employees in a variety of business organizations in Korea. The study investigated measures of work centrality, desired work conditions,work outcomes, work role identification, and work norms. In addition, measures related to job and career satisfaction, organizational commitment and job role performance were taken. Results indicated a clear factor structure for the instrument and age, education,and job related predictors of work satisfaction as well as of organizational commitment.
