RESEARCH ON WORKING PROCESS OF RAILWAY CARGO TRANSPORTATION BETWEEN INLAND AND HONG KONG

There are many evils in the nowadays working processes of railway cargo transportation between inland and Hong Kong, like the complex formalities and the time/energy waste, the complex law relationship and so on. It is necessary to explore the reform of the working processes. The new working processes own their basic plots that include new basic working processes as well as their relative varieties. There are main points in the plots of the new working processes, like the transportation vouchers of new working processes should be legalized in the scope of inland and Hong Kong by law procedure, the transportation vouchers should include two kinds (documents of title and documents of non-title) and cover whole transportation course, etc. The reform of the working process can create much benefit in many aspects, like the quantity of railway cargo transportation will rise, the freight and other fees paid by importers/exporters (consignors/consignees) directly or indirectly are reduced, the time and energy are saved, etc. The reform should become a development direction initiating all relative aspects to pay attention to.
