The noise environment prediction and control countermeasures in the residential area construction along the railway

Through the investigation of noise environment about the two areas along the railway in Huan-nan city An-hui province, the paper analyzed the noise effects on the two areas, evaluated the existing sound environment quality of the residential area and predicted the sound environment result in the layout design by using the predicting software. Some control countermeasures were provided to acquire a good sound environment in the residential area construction.
