The article discusses the development of a web based application for clarification of the specific requirements of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, known as General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In this reason, preliminary design of the app's architecture is discussed with formal description of the main procedures and stochastic modelling by using theory of Markovian chains is carried out for verification of the input-output connections.
