Since the nineties of last century, how to reproduce the color of the color imagetruly has became the front of the color science and engineering field. Nowadays, to realize reflectivity of object reconstruction through imaging spectrometry technology and algorithm of spectral estimation became hot spot in this field. In the aspect of imaging spectrometry, Multi-spectral imaging spectrometry technology and hyper-spectral imaging spectrometry technology has became the most mainly research. Hyper-spectral imaging spectrometry is able to make a mass of data and have the high resolving power, but it lead to higher relativity and redundant between the data, and it is inadvisable to image at a close distance, moreover, operation of the data processing about hyper spectral brought some problem: high cost, low speed, poor accuracy; On the contrary, when multi-spectral imaging technology meets practical necessary, it is different kinds of combinations of image not only can provide the geometrical feature of different combination image but also can provide the largely accurate spectral information of objects. At the same time, the multi-spectral imaging technology is simpler in the data processing and more mature in theory than hyper-spectral imaging.
