CHINA'S URBAN NIGHTSCAPE AND BUILDING ELEVATION LIGHTING IN DEVELOPING

摘要

Starting from the implementation of building complex elevation lighting in the Bund of Shanghai in 1989, the urban lighting and architecture elevation lighting sprang up in China. With the flourish development of urban construction, the urban beautifying lighting has been popularized all of the country since the early 21st century. The article mainly introduces the excellent cases of building lighting and landscape lighting in modern times in the metropolises, such as Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong. The resplendent nightscape beautifies the image of city, prospers the trade and tourist industries, and advances the life quality of citizens.
