The goal was to establish an analytical tool kit allowing quantitative and qualitative analysis of transient gene expression process on HEK293-EBNA cells. By this strategy we aimed at identifying recombinant secreted protein expression rate limiting steps. Cell population reach a maximum of 1.5 x 10~6 cells/ml after 6 days. Viability was still higher than 90%. Pictures and fluorescence read out allowed to monitor and quantify the recombinant cells population.
