摘要

Bacillus cereus is a food-borne pathogen responsible of toxi-infections in humans. During the course of infection the survival and growth of the bacteria depend on its capacity to maintain an intracellular redox state in response to environmental changes. Its virulence depends on the production of virulence factors secreted in the extracellular milieu. In order to determine the key factors that contribute to redox homeostasis and virulence, we have performed high-throughput shotgun proteomics.
