摘要

The qualitative and quantitative study of oxidized fatty acids from complex biological samples with mass spectrometry has been facing challenges due to the isobaric overlapping, in which the molecules share same formula composition but different in structures. To assess different strategies for oxidized lipids analysis, we developed and evaluated multiple targeted/non-targeted and information dependent/independent methods. Both qualitative and quantitative results were carried out to analyze oxidized fatty acids.
