摘要

The detent force caused by end-effect hasundesired influence on Permanent Magnet Linear Synchronous Motor (PMLSM). So, the reduction of the detent force caused by end-effect is especially required to improve the characteristic. In this study, new technique to install auxiliary-teeth at the end part of mover is proposed in order to reduce the detent force caused by end-effect. The characteristics such as the detent force, thrust and so on, are analyzed by Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and the optimal design of auxiliary-teeth is executed by using neural network.
