The moving interfacial boundary in stratified two-phase flows is reconstructed using the dynamic electrical resistance tomography (ERT) with a special emphasis on the current injection patterns. Since in the dynamic ERT only a few current patterns are used to obtain a single frame of image, the reconstruction performance is significantly dependent on the current injection protocol. Based on numerical experiments with various current patterns, an optimal protocol is suggested.
