One-pot Three-component Synthesis of Spirooxindoles Catalysed by NH4OAc in Water

摘要

The spirooxindole system is the core structure of many pharmacological agents and natural alkaloids. Compounds including the indole moiety exhibit antibacterial and antifungal properties. Furthermore, it has been reported that sharing of indole-3-carbon atom in the formation of spiroindoline derivatives, highly enhances biological activity.
