Reaction of triterpenes and steroids with Lawesson's reagent(Abstracts)

摘要

Within our research of biological activities of natural compounds based on isoprenoids, triterpenes and steroids , we studied the possibilities to prepare their sulfur containing analogues. We supposed that these new sulfur derivatives could show significant biological properties and/or could be used as precursors for further syntheses. As a thionation reagent we us ed commercially available Lawesson's reagent (I).
