New Gold- and Platinum-Catalysed Tandem Reactions of Alkynol Derivatives(Abstracts)

摘要

Tandem (domino) reactions have emerged as powerful tools to accomplish the demands of modern organic chemistry (efficiency, compatibility with the environment, lower production costs, etc). These reactions offer the opportunity of building up complex molecules, frequently with high stereoselectivity, from simple and easily available substrates . Moreover, metal-catalyzed intramolecular addition of heteroatoms to alkynes provides a rapid and efficient access to a variety of heterocyclic compounds for a great range of synthetic applications .
