New Oxazoline-Containing Ligands for the Enantioselective Nozaki- Hiyama-Kishi Reaction(Abstracts)

摘要

The preparation of enantiomerically pure compounds is an active area of research in both academic and industrial laboratories. Our research group develops new metal catalysts which consist of an organic ligand attached to a metal through donor atoms. Of particular interest to us are ligands which contain the oxazoline unit. Due to their ready availability, facile synthesis from commercially available chiral amino alcohols and modularity, these ligands have found widespread use in a range of metal-catalysed asymmetric transformations.
