摘要

This article describes the outcome of lab scale investigations carried out to produce low energy cement by burning an industrial ordinary portland white cement mix that contained high sulphate lime sludge as a source of CaCO3. The binding masses produced in furnace, after addition of fluorspar at burning temperature of 1300oC, exhibited excellent behavior in physical properties and mechanical performance.
