Parkinnson's disease is a neurodegenerative disabling disease. It could occur from the young age to older ages. Driving abilities are influenced by motor performances and non-motor features. One important clinical characteristic is excessive daytime sleepiness and "sleep-attacks" behind the wheel. This paper is a review of the main clincal features of Parkinson's disease, evaluation of motor tasks, evaluation of daytime slepinees and the main experiments in this field.
