摘要

Presently most enterprises of household appliance in China tend to show their reluctance to the work of returned logistics affecting by economy, ethics, policies and other factors. This paper sets up mathematical models on the basis of Game Theory, and further analyzes how to consider factors, such as brand benefit and returned logistics, at the game of profits on market and how to work out the optimum managerial strategies. Finally, the author will argue how to establish incentive mechanism for those enterprises' implementation of returned logistics.
