Blood flow rate are one of the most important vital sign in clinical application. The one dimension laser Doppler flowmetry is currently used to non-invasive measuring blood flow in vivo for human. However, some limitations exist in usage of Doppler technique. To develop more precise method to measure blood flow rate, the two dimension blood flow technique and the blood flow index, L (cm/sec) were conducted. The L value is equivalent to participant height/T_(lung.finger), where as T_(lung_finger) is the time of blood flow from alveolar capillary to middle finger-tip capillary measured by oxy-meter with synchronized ventilator. Our results showed that the L values were examined with highly reliability.
