Design, Fabrication and Application of Integrated VCSELs

摘要

Vertical cavity surface emitting lasers (VCSELs) have unique properties that enable integration that is nearly impossible with conventional waveguide lasers. This paper describes the design, growth/fabrication technologies and applications for a broad range of integrated VCSEL structures.
