Microflow-LC coupled to SWATH MS acquisition offers remarkable performances in terms of sample throughput, retention time stability across large sample sets and protein quantification consistency. With 45min gradients, microflow-SWATH achieves proteome-wideIC50 measurements for two drugs per day. The 3-dimensional data allows to depict continuous protein expression in response to drug concentration and time of exposure. Molecular pathways involved in the mechanism of drug resistance can be more sensitively identified than when just based on steady-state/basal proteome analysis.
