摘要

Screening by GUS successfully identified spiked compounds at therapeutic and toxic concentrations using generic LC and MS conditions with few exceptions. This combined screening and MRM approach has been used, not only to screen but also to quantify samples for toxicological screening and reduce false reporting by confirming compound identification using spectral based library searching. Future work will aim to validate a larger panel of compounds and determine which compounds are suitable for routine GUS forensic and toxicological screening.
