摘要

MALDI MSI with ion mobility separation method was developed to map molecular distributions of gangliosides and other related lipids in mouse brain. Ionmobility separation produced highly reproducible ion drift times. This feature can be utilized to filter and reduce chemical and matrix interferences, improve S/N and to build tissue maps with better molecular specificity. Collision Cross Section (CCS) can be confidently derived from this drift times in futurework.
