Employing complementary ions for deconvolution of mixture tandem mass spectra

Mixture spectra are more dangerous in de novo sequencing context. Complementarity of b- and y- ions can be employed for deconvolution of mixture spectra. Employed deconvolution approach improves the number of results and the quality of data both in shotgun and de novo sequencing context.
