A fast chiral method was developed and successfully validated for the determination of enantiomeric ketamine, norketamine and dehydronorketamine in human plasma (and other species). Offering a very low LLOQ not reported in the literature before, this method is highly selective, robust and versatile in investigating racemic or enantiomeric doses of either S or R forms of these therapeutic compounds.
