Ultra sensitive method for pre-clinical quantification of Methacholine in biological matrices using SPE-HILIC tandem mass spectrometry

摘要

An ultra sensitive and selective method was developed to support the evaluation of a in vivosafety model in rat. By using HILIC the sensitivity was improved due to the higher acetonitrile content at the time for eluation. Aclean extract with good extraction efficiency was achieved by SPE in a 96-well format. Figure of merits met the requested objectives for the study.
