摘要

Using targeted-proteomics, we have identified an age-related progressive decline in the phosphorylation of RLC in the fast-twitch skeletal muscles of aged rats with sarcopenia. We identified a novel bis-phosphorylated proteoform of RLC from fast-twitch skeletal muscle and unambiguously localized the sites of phosphorylation in this proteoform to Ser14/15.
