Elucidation of dynamic cell surface protein-protein interactions using chemoproteomic technologies

Dynamic protein-protein interactions enable, but also limit cellular signaling and communication. Although a wealth of knowledge was generated by the biomedical community for intracellular protein-protein interactions, our current knowledge about extracellular interactions remains limited. This is mainly due to technological limitations in elucidating such dynamic and oLen weak interactions.
