Antibody-Free Mass Spectrometry Workflow For Protein Expression Analysis of Intestinal Efflux Transporters in Knock Out Cell Lines

We have developed a sample prep workflow for sensitive detection of transporters from wild-type Caco-2 cells by MRM analysis. The developed workflow using a SILAC strategy followed by FASP digestion and 2D-LC-MS was applied to compare the protein expression level of transporters in wild-type and KO cell lines.
