摘要

Low temperature plasma Ionization mass spectrometry is shown to allow real time analysis of Valproic acid in exhaled breath by the measurement of a metabolite γ-Valprolactone, and can be used for quantification of γ-Valprolactone concentration to monitor VPA during epilepsy management.
