First comprehensive SILAC phosphoproteomic analysis in primary cortical neurons after 2h BDNF treatment. 69 phosphorylation sites on 60 proteins showed significant and consistent differences. These proteins are involved in the regulation of microtubule cytoskeleton organization. Protein abundance did not change much. Phosphosite occupancy provided additional information about the dynamics of the regulation.
