On-site detection of chemical warfare agents by atmospheric pressure chemical ionization counterflow-introduction ion-trap mass spectrometry with swab sampling mode

CWA's were desorbed from the swabs with the different extents, depending on CWA species, swab species and desorption temperatures. Under the optimized conditions, CWA's were detectable with the limits of 0.03～10 ng by APCI-CFI-ITMS.
