1. Random and block copolymers of EO-PO have different chromatographic and spectroscopic behaviors on C18 reversed-phase column. 2. Both random and block copolymers can be separated and eluted under an isocratic run using acetonitrile/water as the mobile phase. Random copolymers elute at 40-42% acetonitrile and block copolymers elute at a higher acetonitrile percentage of 55% in water.
