An equal ratio mixture of unlabeled and labeled GSH combined with UHPLC-MS/MS facilitated the detection of GSH conjugates without false positives. Polarity switching with neutral loss and precursor ion MS/MS scanning allowed the detection of more GSH conjugates of electrophilic metabolites in a single analysis than would be possible using either positive or negative mode alone.
