MudPIT as a tool for the separation and quantification of proteins for GM crop safety assessments

We have developed robust, reproducible MudPIT application for the proteomic assessment of GM equivalence using tomato and soya as the target crop. The method will subsequently be used to determine biological/natural variation in the protein complement from other crops and foods.
