摘要

Reductive methylation is easily completed without any special reagents or reaction equipment and no significant side reactions occur during the labeling. Isotopic reductive methylation was found to be a feasible method for measuring the changes of site-specific glycosylation. Since the detected target was glycopeptides, the information of glycosylation site and glycoprotein pattern related to each glycosylation sites can be preserved.
