摘要

The results presented in this study demonstrate that the oxidation, digestion, UHPLC-ESI-ToF MS and multivariate data analysis procedure revealed clear distinctions between native and denatured IgG. Peptides containing Met, which undergo oxidation at different rates in the native and denatured protein, played an important role in this analysis. Thus, methionine oxidation, in conjunction with the rest of the procedure presented here, can clearly provide valuable information about the conformation of human monoclonal antibodies.
