摘要

The applied global quantitative phosphoproteomics led to the identification and quantitation of nearly 3000 phosphorylation of which 319 where found to be regulated in response to induction of osteoblast differentiation. Regulation of phosphorylations on Smad3, Glucocorticoid Receptor coregulators and members of the AP1 family of transcription factors should help elucidate novel aspect of hMSC differentiation.
