摘要

Dansyl chloride derivatization improved the detection sensitivity of free estrogens. HILIC separation improved the detection sensitivity of estrogen conjugates. Column-switching RPLC-HILIC allowed separation of these two groups of compounds in one run. The developed method could detect sub- to low- parts per trillion levels of free estrogens and estrogen conjugates in river water.
