摘要

Differential surface modification provides information as to surface accessibility of residues. Chemical crosslinking reactions provide distance constraints between residues. A full-length model of the LaSSB autoantigen has been developed. Homology models of the Ro52 antigen subdomains have been developed. Biochemical techniques followed by MS analyses are powerful approaches for obtaining residue-specific tertiary information about amino acids within a protein.
