Please accept my apologies for the informal user manual contained in this document. Our main core business is not selling software. Due to monetary restraints and the amount of my time that I can devote, limits the scope of this manual. The main page allows access to various parts of the software. These include customer information, entering new samples, assays, ICP and archive functions. I'll briefly discuss each of these. Customers: This is mostly handled by my our administration department and I rarely use this feature. Please feel free to add customer contacts and various other information. This saves time in generating new records/samples from pre existing customers. In all likely hood this feature would be modified to your specific needs.
