Missouri River Pedestrian Bridge presented unusual changes due to its main span of over 500 ft, curvature conception, strong 3D behavior and budged limitation. Special attention was given to bridge's fabrication and erection at a minimal cost. Due to limited design time and budged, special wind tunnel and analytical techniques were introduced to address its 3D aerodynamic response without the application of aeroelastic model tests that normally would be used on such a complex structure.
