(IBC 07-06) Xihoumen Bridge -Zhoushan Island Linking Project

摘要

Xihoumen Bridge is a steel box girder suspension bridge with the main span of 1650 m, located in the Zhoushan archipelago area at east China where is frequently affected by Typhoon. The Bridge is designed with innovative structure, and exploration of new construction techniques. The paper would mainly focus on the aerodynamic stability analysis, the technical feature of the steel box girder and how pilot hauler rope across the sea by helicopter.
